The Design Review Board maintains design integrity within RTC.

Any new construction and all exterior modifications (including without limitation lighting, signage, facades, trim, doors, and windows) on any property (commercial or residential) within the RTC must receive DRB approval prior both to project start and seeking any required County approval. All properties within the solid bold line in the map below are subject to the RTC covenants (including the Property Maintenance Standards, sometimes referred to as the current Community Wide Standard, provided below) and design review.

The DRB meets virtually the second Tuesday of each month. Applications are often addressed without need of an in-person presentation by the applicant. If such a presentation is desired, the applicant will be so notified and a meeting link will be sent. In all events applicants must submit their completed applications at least one week prior to the relevant DRB meeting.
