SUMMARY:Pat McGee Band
DESCRIPTION:Missed their killer show with us last year? Good news is we have them back (following their appearance last fall at Wolf Trap). Sales of over 100\,000 copies of their first three albums caused Warner Bros. Records to sign the group to an exclusive contract at the end of the ‘90s. The Pat McGee Band is known for a dedication to the road (at one point in a ten-year touring stint\, they played a remarkable 98 concerts in a period of 103 days). They shared stages with the Who\, the Allman Brothers\, James Taylor\, and many more\, and also achieved the ultimate honors — performing for President Bill Clinton\, touring with the USO\, and sharing their songs onboard the USS Eisenhower with 5\,000 servicemen and servicewomen serving a tour of duty in the Arabian Sea.   \n\n\n\nMcGee and his mates capture their own sense of optimism and exuberance\, borne of the classic influences of such tightly knit ensembles as the Grateful Dead and the Allman Brothers\, as well as the Laurel Canyon glow evoked by preeminent ‘70s singer/songwriters such as James Taylor and Jackson Browne. They remind listeners why music is both important and inspiring\, particularly to those experiencing both the discoveries and disappointments that accompany one’s coming of age.   \n\n\n\nMcGee remains as active as ever. His last solo album\, an eponymous effort\, found him working with such luminaries as Russ Kunkel\, Leland Sklar\, Waddy Wachtel\, and Danny Kortchmar (better known as The Section)\, David Crosby\, colleague Jeff Pevar\, Paul Barrere of Little Feat\, John Popper of Blues Traveler\, Pat Monahan of Train\, and Punch Brother Gabe Witcher. Pretty rare company. The gatherings McGee continues to preside over — “Down the Hatch” and “Ocean State of Mind” — continue to attract the faithful on an annual basis while reconnecting friends and fans through that common bond that McGee and company have nurtured so successfully over the past 25 years. You won’t see this iconic favorite anywhere else anytime soon for free. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresented in partnership with \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtist Hospitality Sponsor\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtist Accommodations Sponsor

SUMMARY:RDGLDGRN
DESCRIPTION:A Reston Homecoming! The bandmembers met while at South Lakes High school\, and have gone on to tour throughout North America\, Europe\, and the Caribbean\, performed at major venues (including Red Rocks\, and the ARISE Music and California Roots Festivals)\, and made numerous radio and television appearances (including the Jimmy Kimmel Show). They have had epic collaborations with Dave Grohl (who played throughout their first album) and Pharrell\, have opened for the Foo Fighters\, and played live shows alongside 311\, Dirty Heads\, the Marley Brothers\, and others. \n\n\n\nRDGLDGRN have always been fearless\, with their sound described as a blending of rock\, hip-hop\, funk\, and go-go. Their 2025 The Red Album would expand into reggae\, giving it the respect it deserves\, not as background “vacation music” but as a world-changing sound. The album included collaborations with Nick Hexum of 311\, Surfer Girl\, Jarv\, Kash’d Out\, Ballyhoo!\, and The Ries Brothers. 2026’s The Gold Album\, which had 1\,000\,000 streams on Spotify within 7 days of its release\, is a love letter to reggae\, and is the golden chapter in RDGLDGRN’s story — a story that now brings them back to Reston for what will be an unforgettable evening. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresented in partnership with \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtist Hospitality Sponsor\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtist Accommodations Sponsor
