    Before filing, you must share a draft of this application with, and seek feedback from, management of your homeowners’ association (HOA). We consider the HOA’s views relevant neighborhood input, though those views are not controlling and you have the right to proceed even if the HOA rejects or seeks modifications to this application. HOA management must be copied on this application.


    Please describe here your HOA’s input: whether the HOA approves, rejects (if so, why), seeks modification of (you must describe the suggested modifications and whether or not you have changed your application as a result), or explicitly declines to offer input on the application. Saying that you contacted the HOA and it said submit a DRB application is insufficient.
