The below RTCA Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws set forth RTCA’s authority and governing structure. In addition, every property within RTCA is, by deed, a part of one of the four sub-associations or centers that comprise RTCA: the Residential Center, RTC Mixed-Use Center, Reston Urban Core Assocation, and Reston Town Center Industrial Association. The declaration for each of these sub-associations or centers ties the subject properties to the RTCA and its covenants, assessments, and other functions. All residential properties are part of either the Residential Center (almost all) or RTC Mixed-Use Center, the declarations for which are below. All commercial properties are part of the RTC Mixed-Use Center (declaration below) or one of the two principal commercial member associations, the Reston Urban Core Assocation and Reston Town Center Industrial Association. The declarations for those commercial, member, sub-associations are provided to member properties upon request.
