Such packages should be obtained by contacting property management of the condominium or homeowners’ association of which the relevant property is a part. Any buyer or seller is free to download, at no charge, relevant RTCA governing documents by going to our Governing Documents page. If a buyer or seller requires RTCA’s assistance in connection with the purchase or sale of residential property beyond this free service, the buyer or seller should expect charges and fees to apply.
