- Kicks off May 16 as part of the Tephra ICA Arts Festival.
- Sip & Stroll — grab beverage of choice at participating restaurants and bring to the concert! See below for details.(We reserve the right to have security check coolers — under VA ABC law, you cannot bring in your own alcohol.)
- No smoking; beyond phones, no other video or audio equipment, or videoing or recording of shows, allowed.
- Concert times vary: some one set (no intermission, ending earlier, between 9 and 10pm), some two sets (with intermission, ending closer to 10pm). Below schedule provides specific details.
- Bring your chair, snacks, kids, dog — it’s fun for all!

Sip & Stroll Map and Rules
- Sip & Stroll allowed only within the barricaded area indicated on the map (no vehicular traffic).
- Sip & Stroll starts at 6:00pm, last call at 10:00pm (except June 5 & 6; Sip & Stroll will start 5pm those nights given the added opening act).
- You may not bring your own alcohol. All alcohol must be purchased at and consumed in cups provided by the participating establishments — Capital Burger; North Italia; CitySwing; Masti; True Food Kitchen; Sixty Vines; Ted’s Bulletin; Makers Union; Fogo de Chao; Uncle Julio’s; and Kusshi Sushi.

Yacht Lobsters
Back in RTC: stellar vocals, a full horn section, and unique elements of NOLA funk, classic rock, and jazz improvisation to keep things bouncy. Set your mood to festive because your boat will be a-rockin'.
emmet swimming
One of the most successful national touring bands to come out of Virginia; three CD’s on Epic Records/Sony Music; opened for Barenaked Ladies, Dave Mathews Band, The Wallflowers, Sheryl Crow, and more. Their song Arlington was named one of the top five tracks of the year by Fred Bronson of Billboard Magazine.
Delta Spur
Northern Virginia’s hometown country cover band. With a polished, dance-floor-ready sound delivering songs from artists like Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Zach Topp, Jason Aldean, and Zac Brown Band, while also throwing in crowd favorites like Fishin’ in the Dark and The Devil Went Down to Georgia.
Big Al & The Jokers
Exclusive U.S. Premiere! This nine-piece Latvian band (English lyrics) brings a high-energy jive, swing, R&B, and rock sound -- with a full horn section and magical stage performance — making every show feel like a classic dance party! Special, two-night event, starting at 5:30 pm, with opening by multi-WAMMY winners Matt Niess and The Capitol Bones.

Herr Metal
Herr Metal, the ultimate rock sensation direct from Germany, is ready to take you on a headbanging, fist-pumping, air-guitar-shredding journey through some of rock’s best up-tempo music. An RCOTT favorite!
Pat McGee Band
Excited to be returning this iconic regional superband after a fabulous show last year. Signed by Warner Bros. Records and renowned for its fabulous shows, the band has shared stages with the Who, the Allman Brothers, James Taylor, and many more. Regulars at major national venues, and we have them FREE at RTC!
RDGLDGRN
Reston's own has toured globally, performed at major venues (including Red Rocks, and the ARISE Music and California Roots Festivals), and made numerous radio and television appearances (including the Jimmy Kimmel Show). They have had epic collaborations with Dave Grohl (who played throughout their first album) and Pharrell, have opened for the Foo Fighters, and played live shows alongside major acts. The highly anticipated homecoming of Reston's own will make for an unforgettable night.
Open Date
There will be no concert on July 4, allowing people to celebrate our country's 250th anniversary however they choose.
Discoteks
This dynamic, eight-piece band, with band members who have performed with The Trammps, Wallstreet, Chubby Checker, Millie Jackson, Paul Anka, The Platters, Bobby Rydell, and Peggy Lee, delivers an electrifying performance that’s packed with high-energy grooves, explosive horns, harmonizing vocals, and a dazzling stage performance. The Pavilion will become a Disco Inferno!
The Reflex
Dust off your Jordache jeans, tighten up that fanny pack, throw on your Members-only jacket, slip into some Vans, and prepare yourself for the sounds of The Reflex: The DMV’s Ultimate 80s Tribute Band. Loved by the RCOTT audience!
Hell’s Belles
All female AC/DC tribute endorsed by Angus Young himself (Blender Magazine, 2003). HELL’S BELLES have thrilled around the world, delivering an all-out rock-n-roll assault of AC/DC classics that will have the audience screaming for more! First time at the RCOTT.
Ace Monroe
Having crushed it as the opener for Smash Mouth at our inaugural Rocktoberfest last fall, there was no doubt we would ask these rockers back for their own show! Ace Monroe delivers original music that has a classic rock & roll soul. Expect no facades, no mysticism, no pretenses. Expect only unapologetic, hard-driving rock & roll!
Hard Day’s Night
An RTC favorite that packs the house every year. The Fab Four returns, and you don’t need a Ticket to Ride – it’s FREE like all of our concerts! Get Back!
The Ocean Blue
Embraced in their early years by alternative radio and MTV, with Top Ten hits on U.S. college and Billboard’s Modern Rock Radio charts. The band's eight albums, several EPs, and fabulous shows have developed a dedicated following, sure to grow with their first visit to Reston!
