Having crushed it as the opener for Smash Mouth at our inaugural Rocktoberfest last fall, there was no doubt we would ask these rockers back for their own show! Ace Monroe is a Nashville-based up-and-comer with an old rock & roll soul. Their latest album, Wild Card, and prior hits like Don’t Mind and Summer Heat, harken back to 70s and 80s unapologetic rock & roll, influenced by some of the greatest of all time. And maybe we can entice them to supplement their sensational and pulsating original music with a cover or two (they do an outrageous Aerosmith redux!). Purple Haze Magazine has highlighted them as “definitely one to keep your eyes on,” enthusing that their “raw talent and energy is infectious.” The quintet consists of Robbie Dylan (lead vocals), Josh Alfano (lead guitar), Jack Kaiser (rhythm guitar, vocals), Jonathan Tatooles (drums), and Erik McIntyre (bass).
