Reston’s own has toured throughout North America, Europe, and the Caribbean, performed at major venues (including Red Rocks, and the ARISE Music and California Roots Festivals), and made numerous radio and television appearances (including the Jimmy Kimmel Show). They have had epic collaborations with Dave Grohl (who played throughout their first album) and Pharrell, have opened for the Foo Fighters, and played live shows alongside 311, Dirty Heads, the Marley Brothers, and others.

RDGLDGRN have always been fearless, with their sound described as a blending of rock, hip-hop, funk, and go-go. Their 2025 The Red Album would expand into reggae, giving it the respect it deserves, not as background “vacation music” but as a world-changing sound. The album included collaborations with Nick Hexum of 311, Surfer Girl, Jarv, Kash’d Out, Ballyhoo!, and The Ries Brothers. 2026’s The Gold Album, which had 1,000,000 streams on Spotify within 7 days of its release, is a love letter to reggae, and is the golden chapter in RDGLDGRN’s story — a story that now brings them back to Reston for what will be an unforgettable evening.
